For a Multinational Client
Conduct technical training both local and in agent side.
Troubleshooting and Repairing Home Appliances & Major Appliances.
Handling and preparing daily Service Reports.
Managing Service operations through team of technicians.
Responsible for controlling the Service Cost.
To feedback the Quality information to Factories and find the solution.
Prepare Service Bulletins and technical information for distributionto Authorized Service Centers.
Graduate / Diploma Engineering in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical.
5-10 yrs of experience in Appliances repair and training.
Good communication and presentation skills.
