Requirements:  

•  seeking a dynamic leader with a strong personality for a newly created Construction Manager position.
• To be considered, applicants must have experience in managing turn-key construction projects in the oil & gas sector.
• This position will be working for our client who is a solid, reputable company that has developed a regional reputation for their work in the heavy construction industry.
• In addition to their building departments that includes industrial, infrastructure, power generation, and civic buildings (schools, hospitals, etc) they have recently formed an oil & gas division.
• Applicants must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineer with at least 10 years experience in a project/construction manager role.
• Solid experience in all phases of construction operations relating to field activities is critical to this role 
• Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, process piping, and vessels will be considered assets.
• Applicants must be familiar with International Standards for Construction Management and will have worked in a multi-cultural environment. 
• Experience working in the UAE and excellent English communication skills are essential. Preference will be given to Arabic candidates.
• Salary Range: up to 40,000 AED (Depending on experience)
